Preparation:
After a selection in the vineyards, the grapes are transferred to the table where the grain is separated from the skins. These will enter stainless steel tanks, where they will undergo alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (20-22ºC), with two daily pumping overs. Maceration for 3 weeks and extraction by pigeage. Aging in stainless steel tanks and new 500L French oak barrels for 8 months. The blend is made at the end of the aging.
